69th Annual Safety and Health Conference

Date: October 2, 2018 to October 5, 2018,
Venue: DoubleTree by Hilton Wichita Airport - 2098 Airport Rd., Wichita

The Event:

The Safety and Health Conference is an official training resource of the Industrial Safety and Health (ISH) Division for emergencypersonnel, employers, employees, safety professionals andothers. The four-day event begins with a two-day conference featuring the latest in regulations, changes in laws and upcomingrules.

Additionally, the conference features highly anticipatedexhibitors that display the latest in safety and healthequipment and technology.

The conference concludes with two days of ProfessionalDevelopment Classes (PDC) in the 10-Hour OSHA SafetyOutreach Training for General Industry and for Construction.Safety and health objectives are established for select conference sessions.


Charity Golf Tournament:

Conference attendees are invited to participate in a golftournament sponsored by the Safety and Health Council of Western Missouri and Kansas.

The tournament is on Oct. 1, before the conference, at:Auburn Hills Golf Course

The proceeds from the golf tournament will be earmarked to programs in Kansas provided by the Safety and HealthCouncil of Western Missouri and Kansas.

The Safety & Health Council is a non-profit education and outreach organization offering defensive driving courses,child car seat safety courses and donations of car seats tolow-income families, occupational training and professionalsafety consultation.
